Tanner was a huge help. He fixed my initial problem and also took the time to find and correct a few other issues while he was there. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the whole process. This is my second time using Brooks Appliance Services, and both experiences have been great. I am a Brooks customer for life. I first came across Brooks when I needed some appliance repairs. When I had an electrical issue that I could not troubleshoot on my own, I immediately called Brooks Appliance and Electrical. Jake was phenomenal in trying to diagnose the issue, and stayed late on a Friday evening trying to help. I had to wait nearly a month before I could schedule the repair visit due to my schedule. When Jake and Donald arrived to complete the repairs, it was the same level of superior work and care. To resolve my issue, they had to run new wire in my ceiling and down a brick wall. I expected to be left with a huge mess to clean up after they left but I was so thrilled to discover I was wrong. They ensured all surfaces were covered and created a tent to contain the dust. The level of professionalism, courtesy and care they take in every job is unparalleled. But, let me tell you why I trust them completely. I have now had multiple experiences where their technicians have been honest with me about work required, cost involved, worked with me to find a solution that didn’t break the bank, and in one instance even recommended I don’t have the repairs done because it was not beneficial and would cost me more in the long run. They’re honest and trustworthy and that says a lot! Photos of the enclosed area from today’s visit are included - great work!!

Thanks Sam for knowing immediately what the issue was with my dryer. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Didn't take him very long to "fix" the issue. This was the second time I has used Brooks Appliance and I recommend them to anyone.

Tanner was absolutely wonderful, polite and respectful of home. He was very apologetic for having to return for a 3rd time to actually replace the part in our dishwasher because someone had forgotten to inspect the part before sending it out that day to be replaced, it was cracked! So, had to wait to be reorder and scheduled again for another day. Waiting on my next wash to make sure it will dry and dishes won't still be wet. All and all easy company to schedule and work with. Let me say I would have given 5 stars for this review if all would happen on time.

Sam came out to fix our refrigerator and he was just awesome! So personable and explained exactly what was happening and what was needed. 100% trustworthy and dependable. Will recommend Brooks appliance to others
