Are you kidding me this place was a blast. It was like a time machine from the past. History, art, culture, and technology from the 40s and 50s. There is amazing old classic furniture. The person at the front desk was started when I came in. I don't think they were expecting people to come in lol. Please check this place out!

Delightful museum and very informative volunteers! I loved the video interviewing locals on the Oyster Wars and the watermen life in general. They also have a wonderful historic walking tour to share. Support this Museum!

The museum is open Sat and Sun from 1 to 4. They have curated a lot of the history of the town and the surrounding area into several rooms that are themed. I worked on the Midnight Sun charter fishing boat in the late 70s, I was immediately drawn to the watermans room. The videos, photos, and exhibits show the fascinating history of CB. It was interesting to hear Henry, one of the old watermen I grew up with, tell his story.

Great little museum! The displays were easy to browse and the A/C was cold.
